Our Objective
Environmental Green Action Tanzania (EGAT) aims to strengthen environmental sustainability by promoting environmental protection, climate resilience, ecosystem restoration, sustainable natural resource management, environmental education, research, innovation, and community participation. The organization seeks to enhance the use of GIS, Remote Sensing, and environmental data, support disaster risk reduction and sustainable urban development, provide professional environmental services, and build strategic partnerships that advance a greener, healthier, and more resilient Tanzania.

To inspire and lead transformative environmental action by advancing sustainable natural resource management, climate resilience, environmental education, green innovation, scientific research, policy advocacy, environmental assessments, and strategic partnerships that improve livelihoods and protect Tanzania's natural heritage.

Our services include Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Audits (EA), environmental compliance monitoring, GIS and remote sensing analysis, environmental research, climate change adaptation planning, waste management solutions, ecosystem restoration, environmental training, and technical advisory services. We work with communities, institutions, government agencies, and private sector partners to promote effective environmental management and sustainable practices in Tanzania.
